I began my personal practice of yoga and meditation around 23 years ago, during a time of great personal change and stress on all levels – mental, emotional, physical. The benefits that began to quickly show up convinced me that here is an approach available to anyone who can breath!

For the past 15+ years, I have been teaching yoga and mindfulness classes in the Adelaide and McLaren Vale regions. I am registered with Yoga Australia as a Senior Level yoga teacher, and with Meditation Australia as a Mindfulness Meditation teacher. I am also a Registered Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher with Mindfulness Training Institute of Australia, and member of the Mindfulness Teachers Network SA.

Yoga and mindfulness as specific therapy are relatively new in the field of complementary healthcare. Chiropractors are recommending the physical practices to their patients, psychologists and doctors are recommending mindfulness practices to their patients.

My development into a yoga therapist and mindfulness facilitator has come out of many years of studying and developing understanding of the intricacy of our human system.

We each contain within us all the tools and methods we need to bring balance to our whole system, no matter what condition we are dealing with.

Learning the keys to unlock this knowledge is sometimes all that’s missing.

It is one of my greatest pleasures to assist you on this journey.
