YOGA IN THE MCLAREN VALE REGION
Every WEDNESDAY (except public holidays)
These 1.5 hour long yoga & meditation classes are suitable for all levels of student, with modifications shown and available to accommodate the beginner to more experienced. If you can breath, you can find a way to be in these carefully designed classes.
Most classes contain a warm-up period, some more active poses and sequences of poses (vinyasa), some breathing and meditation practices, and lots of time to come into a time of luxurious relaxation.
Open the body.
Refresh the soul.
Join with me and occasional guest teachers as we explore the breath, sense into our body, stretch, strengthen and find the best way to balance our energy through these beautiful Hatha Yoga practices.

While online classes have never been my preferred option either for myself, or for my teaching, the ability of the Zoom platform to provide a sense of community has been a pleasant surprise. You will be able to see me, and the other participants in the class. And I will be able to see and interact with you. Next best thing to the real thing!

Please know that this form of technology may feel difficult or scary, but in reality it’s really easy. Go online and download Zoom (it’s FREE) and joining in to class will be easy. You will notice at the top or bottom of your page you have some controls to mute or view in ways that suit you best.
When you log on to my class, you will find yourself in a virtual ‘waiting room’. I will be able to see you have arrived and will let you in to the class, say hello, and invite you to lay yourself out for some relaxation just prior to the class… and then we’ll go from there. Easy!
