YOGA IN THE MCLAREN VALE REGION
Every WEDNESDAY (except public holidays)
These 1.5 hour long yoga & meditation classes are suitable for all levels of student, with modifications shown and available to accommodate the beginner to more experienced. If you can breath, you can find a way to be in these carefully designed classes.
Most classes contain a warm-up period, some more active poses and sequences of poses (vinyasa), some breathing and meditation practices, and lots of time to come into a time of luxurious relaxation.
Open the body.
Refresh the soul.
Join with me and occasional guest teachers as we explore the breath, sense into our body, stretch, strengthen and find the best way to balance our energy through these beautiful Hatha Yoga practices.
Wednesday Evenings… 6-7.30pm
in person at Kangarilla Community Hall (bookings required due to limited space for Covid guidelines) + online via Zoom
Cost: $17/booked-in session; or $150/10-class pass (or if Zoom-only the cost is $135/10-class pass)
The online zoom classes I ran over the winter months convinced several people that this is for them, a convenient and easy way to access a weekly live class. Hence I am continuing to offer this class via zoom, and there is no requirement to book in advance. If you would like the link for the Zoom class, please email me and I will send it to you.
I am also pleased to be able to offer these classes in person once again, especially as this is the only way I am allowing brand new students to attend… it’s so important to be in person when learning the basics of this practice.
To accommodate the current state of play, all students are required to bring their own yoga mat, and a towel or sarong to cover any of my equipment that you may use. Disinfectant and hand sanitiser are available to wipe down your mat and any other equipment you’ve used.
There is a limit of 12 that can fit within the guidelines in the Kangarilla Hall, so BOOKINGS ARE ESSENTIAL. Again, please email or text me if you would like to attend on any particular week.
